Ordering
You can place an order on the site by proceeding through to the checkout process on our site.
Please read and check your order carefully before submitting so any errors can be corrected prior to submitting to us. We may contact you at any point to say that we do not accept your order. This would be typically for the following reasons.
- The keys are unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We are not allowed to send/sell you the keys.
Prices
All prices quoted are strictly net and are exclusive to Value added tax (VAT) and carriage charges and subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery
All keys are cut on site, and we will despatch goods same day if orders are processed prior to 2pm cut off time, delivery dates are provided in good faith and are sent via Royal Mail. For larger orders there may be a delay in despatch. If for any reason we cannot deliver your keys in an agreed amount of time we will let you know, cancel your order, and provide a refund.
Using our site, you agree to the use of Royal Mail and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any failures on their part with regards to delivery.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Your credit or debit card or PayPal account will only be charged for the keys ordered.
We will do all that we can to ensure that all information you give us when paying for your order is secure by using encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third-party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
Returns
Most keys are either cut individually or specially ordered to a customer’s requirements, therefore if keys have been ordered incorrectly or are no longer required, we are unable to accept returns of such items.
Items not specifically cut to customers requirements may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for any cost incurred returning unwanted keys.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in writing without cost, but only before they have been processed. We will make any reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
Key Blanks
Where possible we will try to supply cut keys on original manufacturer blanks. Most key series will be supplied on high quality key blanks, please note key images on our website are to help customers identify the key series required and do not always represent the actual key blank the cut keys will be supplied on.
